    Definition

    Full charge: to achieve the specified capacity of the manufacturer, charge the battery under the manufacturer's recommended charging conditions (including current, voltage, temperature, time, etc.). Furthermore, the time required for the battery is within a week after the charge.

    Complete discharge: discharge under the recommended discharge conditions (including current, temperature, etc.) by the manufacturer, and on the battery according to the specified discharge voltage. And the time required for the battery is within a week after the discharge.

    A newly produced battery: the requirement for the battery is less than a month after production and is accepted less than the XX charging cycle.

    Battery cycle: according to the manufacturer's recommended conditions, the battery is continuously charged and discharged, and the discharge capacity of the battery has been reduced by 40% to 60% at the manufacturer's designated capacity.

    Indoor temperature: in the test, the room temperature is 20 + 5 degrees, which is the temperature in the ordinary room. The setting value is based on a simple test environment.

    Explosion: an explosion is an explosion or damage to the inside of the battery or the part of the battery shell that is split open.

    Fire: fire is caused by spontaneous combustion or burning inside the battery.

    4.The full discharge of excess charging has been charged to 250% of the calculated capacity at the normal room temperature of the battery produced by the manufacturer. * if the safety or protection function is achieved during the test, the test of no explosion and no fire can be terminated.
    5.The battery is discharged at high current and discharged completely. The battery is just under normal room temperature. The battery charge is 3 times that recommended by the manufacturer, and the current is charged to the battery. The capacity of the battery is over 100%, no explosion and no fire.
    (2)Mechanical performance test
