Battery extrusion test instrument
  • Details
  • Battery extrusion test machine / extrusion tester, extrusion tester / battery extrusion tester, battery explosion proof tester / lithium battery extrusion (hydraulic) tester, professional production of Shengshi Wei test equipment -- China's famous enterprises.

    Name: Battery extrusion test machine

    Model: JDSS-6045

    The test machine for battery extrusion conforms to the standard:

    1. SJ/T11169-1998 or UL1642-2007

    2. SJ/T11170-1998 or UL2054

    5. YD1268-2003

    6. QB/T2502-2000

    7. SJ/TXXXX-200X

    8. IEC62281-2004

    Specification parameters of battery extrusion test machine:

    1、crushtest :(Hydraulic pressure)

    A )The battery is clamped by two plane plates.

    B) Plate pressure hydraulic pressure drive (250N);

    C) When the battery is firmly clamped, the pressure will start until the hydraulic cylinder rises to 2500 (17.2Mpa). When the pressure between the two plates is 3000pound (13KN), the pressure will suddenly release.

    D) The diameter of the battery is parallel to the plate, and for the square cell, it needs to be rotated at 90 degrees and then reextruded.

    2, 250N pressure test: (pressure)

    A) The device can provide constant pressure of 250N+-10N (56-+2pound), at least 5S clock (time set);

    B) Mechanical force setting;

    C) The batteries are extruded on both sides, top, bottom and other surfaces, respectively

    The reference standard is as follows:

    UL2054 standard mechanical test

    14. compression test (Crush Test)

    14.1, the battery is compressed between two flat surfaces. The compression force is applied through a hydraulic piston with a diameter of 32mm. The compression is continued until the pressure reaches 17.2Mpa, and the applied pressure is 13KN. After reaching the maximum pressure, the pressure is released.

    16.2 the sample should not be fired, not exploded, and the sample does not leak, see 5.2.

    17. vibration test (Vibration Test)

    17.3 the sample should not fire, no explosion, no leakage, see 5.2.

    Peripheral test

    Executive summary

    18.1, the design of the shell used to package the battery must reach the ordinary and simple tools, such as screwdrivers, ultrasonic welding and other equivalent sealing methods.

    18.2 the shell material of the battery must be classified into V-2 or lower combustion grade according to the standard of the polymeric material, according to the standard of the polymeric material.

    Exceptions: when materials conform to external combustion, such as 3/4 inch combustion test specified in the standard of polymeric materials, according to the standard of polymeric materials, it is not required to be classified as V-2 or lower combustion grade.

    18.3 the batteries that have been packed in the shell must be tested by the 19,20,21 section.

    19.2 no explosion, no fire, no leakage, see 5.2., the battery shell will not burst, the core or any protective device can not be perforated or leaked.

    20 casting pressure release test

    20.1 the sample lasted for 7 hours at 70 C (158 F) in the dry chamber of the complete convection cycle.

    20.2 then take out the sample carefully and restore it to room temperature and observe that the surface of the sample must be free of damage, such as no rupture of the battery shell or electrolyte leakage.

    20.3 the sample does not explode, does not fire, does not leak the liquid, see 5.2. besides, the battery shell will not burst, the electric core or any protection device can not perforate or leak.

    Combustion test

    22. combustion particle test

    22.1 each test battery is placed on a wire net of 20 holes per inch (25.4mm), and the steel wire is 0.017 inches thick. The screen is placed at the distance from the burner 1-1/2 (38.1mm) inch. Fuel and air are ejected at the speed of a bright blue flame, so that the wire mesh becomes bright red. 1 cotton and steel mesh panels placed in a central vertical distance of 3 feet (0.91M) of the position shown in figure 22.1,22.2. A piece of cotton yards square, composed of four layers of 0.4-0.6 ounces per square yard of raw cotton material. The test sample is placed on Mars or burning particles can be injected into the central position of the cotton piece of rubble. In some cases, it should be required to circle the experimental sample in the net, then ignite the burner, and observe the battery to its explosions or destroyed.

    22.2 when the 22.1 described cell experiment, crude cotton panel will not ignite.

    23 injection experiment

    23.1 the experimental battery was placed in a hole with a middle diameter of 4 inches and covered on a flat table with a lid. The cover is made up of a wire mesh of 20 holes per foot or 0.017 inches (0.43mm) of a steel wire. A screen screen with a screen of 2 feet wide (610mm), 1 feet (305mm) and 8 surfaces around the sample is placed around the sample, as shown in Figure 23.1. A metal wire consists of a 0.010 inch (0.25mm) wire with a diameter of 16-18 wires per inch. The sample is placed on the metal net, covers the hole in the center of the table, and then heated until it explode or it is destroyed. In which the safety valve is parallel to the cotton cloth.

    23.2 when the 23.1 battery explosion experiment, no part through the screen, not all or part of the battery to highlight the screen.

    Environmental testing

    24 heating test

    24.1 the sample is heated in a natural convection or forced convection oven, and the oven temperature rises to 150 degrees centigrade at /min speed of 5 + 2, and stops after 10min.

    24.2 the sample should not be fired and not exploded

    25 thermal cycle test

    25.1 the battery is placed in the test room and under the following cycle:

    A) in 30min, the temperature is 70 + 3 C, and the heat preservation is 4H.

    B) in 30min, the temperature is 20 + 3 C, and the heat preservation is 2H.

    C) in 30min, the temperature is 40 + 3 C, and the heat preservation is 4H.

    D) cool down to 20 + 3 C within 30min.

    E) repeat the above cycle 9 times.

    F) after 10 cycles, the battery is stored for 7 days to be checked.

    25.2 the sample should be no fire, no explosion, no leakage of liquid, see 5.2
